Currently, FedEx is experiencing shipping delays within the U.S. due to COVID-19.Your orders will be shipped within the processing time from our warehouse however you might experience some delays in delivery if your city falls within the restricted zones. We ship orders across the United States including Alaska & Hawaii. We also ship to Military APO/FPO addresses. Some restrictions may apply. We use USPS and FedEx for all shipping destinations in the United States.

Domestic: FedEx ground shipping is free for orders exceeding $100 and $7.95 for all orders within the contiguous United States. At this time we are unable to process PO Box orders.
Alaska and Hawaii: FedEx 2-Day and/or USPS Priority shipping service options will be presented at checkout based on the weight & dimensions of all items in the cart, thank you!
All packages will be sent USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International. Rates will be determined by dimensional weight estimate and USPS flat rate box capacity. We have a shipping calculator at checkout! Once you have added everything to your cart, add your address in for an estimated shipping cost. Please note, it is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes.
We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, and United Kingdom.
International shipments vary based on duties and customs. If your package has not arrived after 30 days, we consider it "lost". Please contact our Customer Happiness team and they will can assist you. Often times international orders will be marked as "collect for pick-up". Your order is likely being held at your local post office. They will be able to provide more information about your package.
As much as we would love to, Disney's licensing agreement does not permit us to ship Disney items internationally. We do apologize for the inconvenience and we have more amazing collections coming that will be available internationally.
When will my order ship?
Order volumes fluctuate, so your order will ship within 3-5 business days from the day it was placed. Due to high order volume around new product launches and promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days to process. We will send an email with the tracking number as soon as it is available. Please note: The fulfillment time provided is an estimate and is not included in the shipment time. If you would like to receive more tracking details on your package, sign up for informed delivery with FedEx or USPS! By signing up you can get daily updates on the delivery status of your package.
If the package was marked as delivered but you have not received it yet, please check with your neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered elsewhere. If a domestic order has still not arrived after 2-3 business days, please reach out to our Customer Happiness team with your order number within 30 days of the order ship date!
For international orders please allow 10 business days after your package was marked delivered before contacting our Customer Happiness team.
If the package is marked as in-transit and has no updates after 7 days, reach out to our Customer Happiness team for assistance.
