Our Customer Happiness team is in the office Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Please note that orders will NOT be processed during weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm PST will be processed the following business day.
If you would like to cancel you order please contact our customer happiness team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but once an order is in the processing queue it cannot be cancelled. In the case that your order ships before it can be cancelled, please refuse the package and it will be returned to sender. Please note, you may be charged a restocking fee.
We ship orders across the United States including Alaska & Hawaii. We also ship to Military APO/FPO addresses. Some restrictions may apply. We use USPS and FedEx for all shipping destinations in the United States.
*Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses via Fedex (domestic). FedEx shipping options include FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, and Overnight.

Domestic: FedEx ground shipping is free for orders exceeding $100 and $7.95 for all orders within the contiguous United States.
Please contact our Customer Service Department at 877-462-6241 for expedited shipping costs on orders exceeding 50 lbs.
Alaska and Hawaii: Will now have the option to choose from FedEx 2-Day or USPS Priority. Rates will be determined by weight.
All packages will be sent USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International. Rates will be determined by dimensional weight estimate and USPS flat rate box capacity. We have a shipping calculator at checkout! Once you have added everything to your cart, add your address in for an estimated shipping cost. Please note, it is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes.
We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom.
International shipments vary based on duties and customs. If your package has not arrived after 30 days, we consider it "lost". Please contact our Customer Happiness team and they will can assist you. Often times international orders will be marked as "collect for pick-up". Your order is likely being held at your local post office. They will be able to provide more information about your package.
When will my order/expedited order ship?
Order volumes fluctuate, so your order will ship within 3-5 business days from the day it was placed. We will send an email with the tracking number as soon as it is available. Please note: The fulfillment time provided is an estimate and is not included in the shipment time. If you would like to receive more tracking details on your package, sign up for informed delivery with FedEx or USPS! By signing up you can get daily updates on the delivery status of your package.
When you pay for expedited shipping, please remember that our office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Orders are only processed and shipped during normal business hours. Once we open expedited orders are pulled and shipped with priority. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 pm Pacific Time will be processed the next business day.
If the package was marked as delivered but you have not received it yet, please check with your neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered elsewhere. If a domestic order has still not arrived after 2-3 business days, please reach out to our Customer Happiness team with your order number within 30 days of the order ship date! For international orders please allow 10 business days after your package was marked delivered before contacting our Customer Happiness team.
If the package is marked as in-transit and has no updates after 3 days, reach out to our Customer Happiness team for assistant.
