Domestic US Shipments

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship all new orders across the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Military APO/FPO and US Territory addresses. All new orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Shipping service options are presented at checkout and are based on the delivery address entered.

*UPDATE! P.O. Box Deliveries: We are now able to ship to domestic P.O. Box delivery addresses!

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Our team makes every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or edit your order.

We understand that sometimes you can have a change of heart! If you no longer wish to keep the item(s) purchased (and if product is unopened), please contact our Customer Happiness team and we'll set up a return for refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage.

 

SHIPPING COST

Contiguous US: Ground shipping is free for orders over $100, and $4.95 - $7.95 for all orders under $100 orders within the contiguous United States. FedEx 2-Day and Overnight shipping is also available within the contiguous United States starting at $14.95.

Alaska and Hawaii: USPS Priority shipping service options will be presented at checkout based on the weight & dimensions of all items in the cart, starting at $14.95.

Military APO/FPO & US Territories: USPS Priority Mail shipping service will be presented at checkout based on the weight & dimensions of all items in the cart, starting at $9.95.

International Shipments

SHIPPING METHODS

All packages will be sent DHL International Shipping - Economy or DHL International Shipping - Standard. Rates will be determined by dimensional weight estimate and flat rate box capacity. We have a shipping calculator at checkout! Once you have added everything to your cart, add your address in for an estimated shipping cost. Please note, it is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes. 

 

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, and United Kingdom. We also ship to Israel and Czech Republic although they are still experiencing service delays.

*We are temporarily unable to ship to Brunei, Malta and Russia due to the current service impacts related to current events. We are looking for alternative shipping options, but in the meantime, orders can be placed via a freight forwarder. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for understanding.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

International shipments vary based on duties and customs. If your package has not received a carrier update for 30 days or more, please contact our Customer Happiness team and they can assist you. Often times international orders will be marked as "collect for pick-up". Your order is likely being held at your local post office. They will be able to provide more information about your package.

Disney Products: As much as we would love to, Disney's licensing agreement does not permit us to ship Disney items internationally (with the exception of Canada). We do apologize for the inconvenience. Stay tuned for more amazing collections coming that will be available internationally.

Expedited Shipments

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Expedited Shipping is only available to orders shipping within the Contiguous US. All Overnight & 2-Day shipments are processed using FedEx. All orders placed on a business day before 1pm PST with an expedited shipping option will be processed and shipped the same day. Most Carriers also only deliver on business days (Monday-Friday).

No P.O. Box Deliveries: Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship expedited shipments to domestic P.O. Box delivery addresses. New orders with a P.O. Box delivery address entered will be automatically cancelled and refunded shortly after checkout.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Standard Shipping

Order volumes fluctuate, so your order will ship within 3-5 business days from the day it was placed. Due to high order volume around new product launches and promotions, orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process. We will send an email with the tracking number as soon as it is available.

The fulfillment time provided is an estimate and is not included in the shipment time. If you would like to receive more tracking details on your package, sign up for informed delivery with FedEx or USPS! By signing up you can get daily updates on the delivery status of your package.

 

New Order Processing Cut-Off Time: New orders placed after 1 pm PST will be processed on the next business day.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping (Overnight or FedEx 2-Day): Orders received after 1 pm PST Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day. Please note, orders with an expedited shipping option placed after 1 pm PST on Friday will be shipped on Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a Holiday).

LOST PACKAGES

Domestic Shipments

If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it yet, please check with your neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered elsewhere. If a domestic order has still not arrived after 7 days, please reach out to our Customer Happiness team with your order number for assistance.

If your package is marked as "in-transit" and has no updates after 7 days, please reach out to our Customer Happiness team for assistance.

 

International Shipments

If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it yet, please first contact your local post office to see if it is being held there. If an international order has not been located after 7 days, please reach out to our Customer Happiness team with your order number for assistance.

It is not usual for international orders to appear to have a tracking update delay while traveling globally. If you do not see a tracking update after 15 business days, please reach out to our Customer Happiness team for assistance.
