Update on Canada Post Strike Resolution and Shipments
We wanted to provide an update regarding the recent Canada Post strike and its impact on shipments. While the strike has now been resolved, there are still delays in the delivery of packages due to the backlog.
What You Need to Know:
- Strike Resolution: Canada Post resumed normal operations as of Thursday, December 22nd.
- Current Delays: Shipments are still being processed as Canada Post works through the backlog. Delays may continue throughout January.

Tracking Updates:
- Parcels previously held by DHL are now being handed off to Canada Post.
- Once your parcel clears customs, Canada Post will assign a local tracking number. We will provide this to you as soon as it becomes available.
