    Something new for me

    "I’ve used HP fitness planners before but have struggled with knowing what to track and I often ran out of space for self reflection. I love that the guided fitness journal has a page for weekly goal setting and habit tracking as well as prompts to get me thinking ahead to Identity and plan for obstacles that might derail my routines so I can stay on track. There is a full page for every day, which means plenty of space for recording details about my workouts, meals, sleep, and more, and still enough room for adding in stickers! There is also a full page at the end of each week for a weekly recap. As a teacher and coach I’m entering my busiest season of the year and typically the time of year when I struggle to stay focused on my own goals because I’m overwhelmed with all of my new students and athletes, so I am excited to start using my journal on September 1st!"
