"For the past few years I’ve been trying to cram way too much into my classic-sized fitness planner - daily meal plans, workouts, sleep, mood/mindfulness, etc. and it was getting too crowded and messy. I’m excited to have a separate journal dedicated to my mental and emotional growth and wellbeing. Journaling does not come naturally so I love all the prompts. The colors are beautiful, too!
