"I got this for myself and went ahead and got another one to give as a gift to a friend. It's great quality and good if you're working on your mental health. It has prompts, which is great for people who want to get into journaling but aren't sure what to do with the blank page. There's also fun little elements, like drawings you can color in, spaces you can draw, and of course, I'll be using my stickers."
