    Serious quality control issues

    "I am so disappointed in happy planner. I have been a huge fan and very loyal customer for almost a decade and have purchased over 30 planners and close to 50 sticker book from them not to mention tons of assesories. I sent a email to customer service with all the photos and explanation with what was wrong including plastic punches on the cover not being punched out completely and even a whole sticker sheet being completely crumbled but made to look flat. I have not heard back at all. No surprise there because last year I had a issue with a sticker book not being cut correctly and never got a email or call back. I think im pretty done with overpriced stickers and low quality care."

    "LOVE LOVE LOVE the Disney HM and this BHB!! I wanted this particular theme for sooo long and waited up to order mine. And, though it took FOREVER AND A DAY to arrive (I was counting btw), I am sooo pleased with everything it came with from the HM theme to the superior quality and design detail of every item. My only regret is not ordering two HO BHBs 🤦‍♀️"

    "I am utterly in love with this box. I have very high standards so I often experience buyers remorse. I can’t see the items that well in the original photo so honestly I was worried that might be the case with this box. Well my worries were for absolutely no reason because this box exceeded my expectations by far! The details are beautiful. Everything about it is gorgeous. And the planner is made so so so well! The thick leather cover feels like it will last for a very long time. I love all of the items that come with the box. I just cannot get over how beautiful it is! (I placed the items on my The Haunted Mansion blanket for the photo, this blanket does not come with the box!!) I will say the leaving this review was so utterly ridiculous and PMO so bad I almost changed my review. Why is the chat button literally right on top of where you press send, and why can’t you move it. This is infuriating me because I’ve tried to press send 20 times now and it keeps popping up the chat."

    Amazingly well done Haunted Mansion set

    "I was so excited to have a Haunted Mansion themed set. It is really well done and thoughtfully packaged. I don’t want to spoil it for anyone, but even the tissue paper it is packed inside is on theme. The planner has a velvety cover to mirror the wallpaper. The blank pages are themed well and the extras are fun, too. It is obvious the design team loves the Haunted Mansion, and they put in nice touches."

    Don’t bother !

    "LOVE the item BUT DON’T LOVE the fulfillment time ! This company is notorious for taking FOREVER to fulfill its orders. Don’t count on it being there on time if it’s a gift. EVERY time I’ve ordered from them they’ve taken forever, their shipping company is unreliable and doesn’t deliver when it’s supposed to. Yet YOU pay for the shipping. I would say take photos and try to create your own to save you disappointment."

    This Box Has No Windows and No Doors!

    "This is an amazing box! I wish I had bought two. Love the feel of the planner. Almost has a suade feeling. The post it's are going to come in handy and the stickers are going to be used on so many things. The paper is really pretty and love it's just not one sided. Sad it's already sold out!
