Stressful times call for de-stressing measures. Sometimes it’s hard to know where to start when it comes to managing the pressures of everyday life (that’s where we come in). Our NEW 2023 Stress Management Planner layout was designed in collaboration with a licensed psychologist.

This revolutionary layout will provide you with tips, tricks, and daily/weekly guided exercises curated to help you reach your Zen zone (with fun and functional stickers that will help you keep your creativity along the way).

STRESS MANAGEMENT LAYOUT

Finding ways to manage stress can be stressful. It’s hard to know where to begin. We’ve taken all the work out of it for you by starting you off each month with specific goals to carry out each week. Forming healthy habits through weekly exercises will help reframe your focus. And, by tracking your progress each month, you’ll be able to see how far you’ve come!

WHAT’S INSIDE?

1. MONTHLY EXERCISES & HABITS

Each monthly check-in page has specific exercises and habits to support mindfulness in your self-care routine. You’ll find specific objectives, actions to carry them out, and helpful tips to get started.

2. PRIORITY FOCUSES

Each check-in page also has a section where you can choose which two major projects will get the bulk of your energy. Paring your priorities down to the bare minimum will help you feel less overwhelmed with how much you have on that never-ending to-do list.

3. WEEKLY HABIT TRACKERS

Weekly spreads have pre-filled habit tracking boxes to check with the established monthly goals from your check-in page. Blank spaces are included to fill in areas of focus more specific to your needs. There’s guidance and room to make it more you

4. PROGRESS-CHECK-INS

Circle back to the monthly check-in page and you’ll find a place to return regularly and have a conversation with yourself about your progress. Write down areas of strength or ones that require just a bit more encouragement moving forward.

5. INSPIRATIONAL DIVIDERS

Of course, we can all be our own cheerleaders. But it helps when there’s an extra voice telling you to keep going. Take a breath between diving into the next month and take in each message and calming visual we’ve included to remind you, “You’ve got this.

CUSTOMIZABLE SELF-CARE

Stickers can always make planning more fun and our Feels Like Sunshine sticker book is specifically meant to enhance your stress management experience.

How to do it...

  • ENHANCE YOUR EXERCISES Use the timed interval stickers to set the pace of each guided activity!
  • MORE GUIDED FOCUS If you’re feeling like you need that extra help you “get in the zone” with planning, confidence, or even affirmation, our “FOCUS ON” stickers will get you moving in the right direction.
  • EXTRA CHECK-INS Maybe you need to mark those stress levels (on a scale of 1-10)? Add a “CHECK IN WITH YOURSELF” sticker on the sidebar each week or in daily boxes of the vertical layout.
  • GLOW UP YOUR PAGES Add some calming colors into your layouts with washi tape or soft shapes like rainbows or mood stickers (for both creativity and function).

We hope this has helped you jump start your path to stress management success. However you choose to approach your journey to greater self-care, we’re here to help you along the way! Are you going to release another stress management planner? I really hope so because it is one of the four planners I currently use. I find it quite helpful! Please let me know, and, if you are not anticipating releasing another one., please reconsider! If sales are low, perhaps more advertising and exposure would help since most people, unfortunately, experience significant stress every single day! Thank you!

This is officially my all time favorite HP product. This is well done. Mental health and wellness skill building is THE best way to make changes.
