What are Custom Planners and how does it differ from other planners offered?

Custom Planners are basically a planner YOU design from the ground up. It’s our latest offering for anyone looking to truly tailor a planner to suit their own personal style and planning needs.

Here’s how it works!

2. Pick your favorite discs (metal or plastic)
3. Select a layout that best suits your plans and lifestyle
+ Don’t forget to add a specialty pack!

I added my Custom Planner to my cart, but I want to change the cover I chose. How do I do that?

Once your Custom Planner is in your cart, you will not be able to edit it. In order to change the cover or any other component selections, you will need to remove the planner from your cart, return to the product page, select your preferred cover and any other options, and then add your new Custom Planner to your cart.


Before placing your order, please review your cart carefully to ensure everything is correct, as we’re unable to make changes once the order is finalized.

Can I modify, update or cancel my Custom Planner order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once your Custom Planner order has been placed and submitted, we cannot make any changes to your order. Our warehouse and fulfillment team makes every effort to process your order as quickly as possible!

How long will my order take to process and ship out if I purchased a Custom Planner?

If you ordered a Custom Planner, our standard order processing times of 3-5 business days* apply. You can view additional shipping guidelines here!

I just received my order! How do I put my Custom Planner together?

Our Custom Planners are packaged in a special box made specifically for this! Instructions on assembling your planner are located on the inside flap of your box. You can also reference these instructions here.

Do the 2 bonus months in the Custom Planner include weekly pages or just the monthly layout?

The 2 bonus months include both the monthly and weekly undated pages!

What are specialty packs, and can I purchase multiple or additional sheets later?

Specialty packs are extension and accessory packs that are available only with the purchase of a Custom Planner. You can only select one of each accessory pack per order. This is due to the limited quantities of our Specialty Packs, and we want to ensure everyone has a chance to enjoy them.

While the layouts and prompts are similar to those found on our website, these packs feature unique designs and pricing. Please note that additional sheets from these packs are not sold separately. However, customers can always choose from other extension packs available on our website.

 

I purchased multiple specialty extension packs with my Custom Planner. Will it all fit together in my planner?

Our Custom Planners are made to fit two extra extension packs, but how much you can fit will depend whether filler paper or other pages have been added. Need more room? No problem! We've got you covered with our expander discs, which are bigger than our regular medium-sized classic discs—perfect for packing in all your creative plans!

Can I purchase just the cover, pages, or extensions on their own?

Unfortunately, no. All components are exclusively available as part of a Custom Planner only.

ISSUES + RETURNS

I received an email that my Custom Planner has shipped. Why does my order status show that only part of my order has shipped?

No need to worry! Your entire Custom Planner will ship together in one special box. While all components are marked as shipped, we’re aware of the tracking issue on the order status page and are working on a fix to clear up any confusion. Stay tuned!

My custom planner shows delivered but I did not receive it. What next?

Once a custom planner is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier, we're unable to provide refunds or reshipments due to the personalized nature of our products. However, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check with Neighbors or Household Members: Someone nearby may have accepted the package on your behalf
  2. Verify the Delivery Address: Double-check the address you provided at checkout to ensure it’s correct
  3. Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for more details on the delivery

I just received my Custom Planner and part of my order is damaged/missing. Can I receive a replacement?

We’re sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged or incomplete. For issues with custom planners, please contact our Customer Happiness team within 5 days of receiving your order, and provide photos of the damaged items or details about what’s missing. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement.

Why can’t I use my rewards points on a Custom Planner?

Like many of our specialty and limited-time products (such as Be Happy Boxes), you’re not able to apply rewards points toward the purchase of a Custom Planner. But don’t let that stop you from taking the plunge and building one for yourself!

Why are Custom Planners final sale?

Since Custom Planners are a special-made product created just for you, they cannot be resold or returned. We truly hope you enjoy your one-of-a-kind planner!
