HOW DOES IT WORK?
Let's say you earn 200 points on April 21, 2024 - those 200 points will expire on April 21, 2025.
If you also earned 50 points on May 15, 2024, those 50 points will then expire on May 15, 2025...and so on.
The oldest group of earned points will always be used first for redemptions, regardless of tier or inactivity.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Let's say you earn 200 points on April 21, 2024 - those 200 points will expire on April 21, 2025.
If you also earned 50 points on May 15, 2024, those 50 points will then expire on May 15, 2025...and so on.
The oldest group of earned points will always be used first for redemptions, regardless of tier or inactivity.

Do my points expire?
Starting April 5, 2024, points will expire 1 YEAR after the date they were earned.
If you had a points balance prior to April 5, 2024, we have extended your expiration date for your points balance to 1 year (they will expire on April 5, 2025).
You can also view expiration dates for each group of points under your Points History on your Rewards page!
How do I check my point balance?
Once logged in, you can check your point balance on your Happy Rewards page. You can also view your points balance at checkout right above the rewards points redemption box!
Redeeming points has not changed! Every 100 Points = $10 off
100 POINTS: $10 OFF
150 POINTS: $15 OFF
200 POINTS: $20 OFF
250 POINTS: $25 OFF
How do I earn points?
There are a ton of ways to earn points! Here are a few:
1. Stocking up on Happy Planner products! Points will be earned on each dollar you spend on thehappyplanner.com. Please make sure you are logged into your account before checking out as points cannot be earned for transactions if you are not logged in.
2. Leaving a product review, attaching pictures to a review, or videos to a review will earn you points as well! To earn points for product reviews, be on the lookout for an email from us about your recent purchase. Head to the rewards page to see when you will be eligible to submit reviews for points again if you just submitted reviews!
3. Birthday Points! 🎂 🎁 It’s your birthday and we would love to celebrate with you. Make sure to enter your birthday into your rewards account to earns points.

How do I use my points to redeem?
You can use your points at checkout for discounts! You must be logged in to access your rewards discount. Once you are ready to check out, head to the checkout page - make your selection under the "Choose reward" drop-down and click "Apply".
Your cart total must be equal to or greater than the rewards discount amount in order to apply. Discounts are not eligible for any shipping fees and taxes. Please note discounts cannot be combined with other offers, and will not stack during promotional offers. Some items will be excluded from earning or redeeming points.*
