    "Good quality and a lovely color. My only complaint is that Happy Planner uses FedEx for shipping. I have had an issue with FedEx with almost every delivery I have ever had with them. Shipping takes a long time, never arrives on the scheduled delivery date, tracking info is seldom available, and packages have been completely lost. I won't order again just because of the shipping company."
